Movement is essential for a healthy mind & body. Ones health can be negatively impacted by not getting enough exercise. You don't need to go to the gym or run a marathon to get adequate exercise but you do need to do SOMETHING. There are so many activities & options, all you need to do is find some you like. Just start slow and don't over do it.

Ride your bike to the market when you only need a few things. Just remember to bring a basket and some rope just in case you get more than you expected. You'll benefit from the exercise and the planet will benefit from one less car on the road that day.
